We are better equipped to service and tune Ducatis than many shops and dealers several times our size. Our Ducati valve shim selection, critical for properly adjusting Ducati valves, is the largest in the state. We are the only Ducati shop in Minnesota to have full 16M custom chip capabilities. We can modify and burn chips for all eprom Ducs, Aprilias, and MotoGuzzis. We can also flashload the 15M bikes and map the FIM U59 ECU available for late model Ducatis.
For carbureted Ducati's we make and install the jet kit developed by Doug Lofgren. It is simply the best in the business and can be made to work wonderfully with any number of modifications to the engine.
Our tune-ups and valve adjustments are comprehensive. We check all valve clearances (not always an easy task), set up the TPS, throttle bodies and air bypasses (critical for good part throttle running), adjust cam belt tension and check over all engine systems. With some well placed maintenance Ducatis can be some of the most rewarding bikes to own.
Our engine building services include two, three and four valve Ducatis. Everything from simple aftermarket pipe installation and tuning to full race engine services are available.
